**Unopened domestic packages marked 'Return To Sender' will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping. International packages refused at customs will not be refunded.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Energy Exchange Wellness Remote Services:
You may cancel and receive a full refund only if your cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking your session(s).  After that period, your session(s) is non-refundable.

Please note: Rescheduling is available and must be arranged via email (energyexchangewellness@gmail.com) 24 hours prior to originally scheduled service. All services are eligible for rescheduling once.
