I am a Seer (Clairvoyant and Claircognizant), a Medium, and a Healer who also utilizes Oracle and Tarot. I didn't fully realize these gifts until I committed to healing myself and my bloodlines.

Once I made the conscious decision to heal on a deeper level, I began studying various modalities. I started with Reiki and am now a certified Reiki Master and Energy Healer. I also practice healing through Magick, a path that led my teachers to refer to me as a "cradle witch."

My personal journey has prompted me to explore everything from crystal and chakra healing to sound healing and yoga. I found that I often needed to combine or create my own methods to move through stagnant energy, and I now typically utilize at least two modalities simultaneously to facilitate release and evolution.

This healing journey inspired me to create Energy Exchange Wellness—a creative space designed to assist others with their own healing and expansion. While I am a trained chef, my work in the kitchen is now dedicated to crafting healing recipes, including candles, herbs, oils, and ointments tailored to specific needs.
